500g of cooked Chick peas

1 cup of  Fresh Coriander

2 onions finely sliced

¼ cup of gram flour (chickpea flour)

3 cloves of garlic


  1. Preheat oven to 180oC  
  2. Add all ingredients to a food processor or blend with a stick blender. Blend until roughly mashed.
  3. Add gram flour to your board and roll a handful of mixture into a ball.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes
